Deal increases Maven’s presence in Northern Canada and adds several new capabilities
North Vancouver, B.C., May 23rd, 2018 – Maven Consulting Ltd., a utility engineering and construction firm based in Metro Vancouver, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Yukon Engineering Services (YES). The acquisition expands Maven into new markets, increases its presence in Northern Canada, and brings new capabilities to its portfolio of services.
Based in Whitehorse, Yukon, YES has provided engineering consulting, survey, and project management services to the utility, transportation, mining, structural, and municipal industries for over 30 years. Maven will operate YES under its current brand in the Yukon and will retain the YES employee base.
