Jesse Unke
P.Eng., PE, PMP, ENV SP, CCIP
President & CEO
Jesse is an engineering and construction executive with over 20 years of experience. He is a notable figure in the industry and on the forefront of the latest innovations. Jesse brings with him extensive experience developing and empowering high-performing teams, while ensuring a healthy and safe working environment incorporating an equitable, diverse, inclusive, and trustworthy approach to leadership.
In 2020, Jesse was one of the proud recipients of the 40 under 40 in Canadian Construction, in 2022 he was named as one of Engineers Canada 30 by 30 EDI Champions for leaders in engineering workplaces, and in 2024 he was named one of Canadian Construction’s Most Influential People.
Trevor St Germain

Principal and Co-Founder
Trevor is a founding partner at Maven whose career has been dedicated to delivering engineering and construction solutions to the power utility industry in North America.
Trevor is an experienced and client focused executive who successfully manages the operations and growth of Maven, leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the client’s project objectives. He leverages senior management and leadership experience to influence both technical and non-technical team members along the correct path to meet the key deliverables for the client in a safe, cost effective, and timely manner.
Lisa Graul
P.Eng, PMP
Deputy Director, Project Delivery
Lisa brings over two decades of expertise in project management, operations, and engineering to our team. She has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects such as the Tent Mountain Pumped Hydro development and the Access Pipeline Northeast Expansion pipeline.
Lisa’s strategic approach, developed from early career roles as a Construction Manager and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager, makes her a valuable addition to our team. Her commitment to excellence and safety has been instrumental in delivering successful projects that consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Beth Miller
MBA, MPAcc, BIT
Director of Finance
Beth has an MBA, Masters of Accounting, and Bachelor of Information Technology degrees. With over 20 years of experience and tertiary qualifications in business, accounting and technology, she brings a breadth of knowledge around defining and establishing well controlled systems and processes that facilitate growth.
At Maven Consulting, Beth is responsible for leading our finance, accounting, and corporate administration functions.
David Epp
AScT, PMP
Project Management Specialist
David possesses 36 years of utility project management experience, including providing project management for full life-cycle, multi-discipline projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million. He has also provided portfolio coordination for capital programs, mentoring new projects managers, providing project management advisory to project delivery teams and leading a project controls and standards team.
His passion lies in providing project management advisory services for the continuous improvement of the Project Management Practices. David has coordinated multi-disciplinary teams to reach objectives on time and on budget for project and program management.
Andrew McNeil

Quality & Inspection Manager
Andrew’s love and devotion is easily observed when you witness him in his environment at work. He has spent his career in the Civil & Utilities industry working in various roles Coordinating, Estimating, Project Controls, Safety and Inspection.
Andrew is a Certified Technician with a Diploma in Construction Engineering from Fanshawe College in London Ontario. At Maven, he is responsible for currently managing our experienced inspections team as well as serving as a Co-chair on the Health & Safety Committee. Andrew believes that a strong work ethic, positive mindset, and passion for the work you do creates a recipe for success which helps strengthen the culture and overall performance at Maven.
