The YWCA is an organization built to advance gender equity alongside women, families, two-Spirit and gender diverse people through advocacy and integrated services that help support personal, collective and economic wellbeing.
As part of Maven Consulting’s Share 1% Program, some team members at our head office in North Vancouver took part in the YWCA Canada Presents of Peace Program where we sponsored four single-mother-led families for the holidays. We were able to provide presents for each family member! Our staff had a blast shopping, wrapping, and hand-delivering the gifts to the families and are extremely thankful to have had this opportunity to support our community again.
