Project Description and Maven’s Role
Maven’s client imported specialized ash analyzer equipment used to provide real-time data for their Operations team. This data allowed the client to improve efficiencies within their processes and optimize their operations to reduce cost and improve output. The ash analyser required CSA certification for use in Canada as well as various hazardous location certifications for use in mining facilities.
Maven provided project management, technical assessment and testing services. Our team performed the engineering review and the testing of the imported ash analyser in an accredited testing facility, as well as coordination of the entire process. Maven led the complex processes required between the client, manufacturer, subcontractors, testing agencies, and certification agencies to deliver this critical equipment for the client.
