Project Description and Maven’s Role
Maven provides full inspection of the tools and processes, to ensure the safety of both construction and operational personnel and the public. These services include performing monthly site inspections, where the following components of jobsite safety are recorded, documented and submitted in summary reports complemented by photo documentation:
• Adequate lighting, fencing, and guardrails
• Daily tailgate meetings and documents were hosted
and reviewed
• Condition of tools and equipment
• Applicable traffic control measures
• Excavation received proper approval, and were
executing in compliance with the design
• Confined space measures were followed
• First aid and emergency response measures were in
place
