Project Description and Maven’s Role
Property developers in the metro Vancouver region wanting to perform construction on facilities or land on property within the TransLink right-of-way must comply with TransLink requirements and processes to ensure the safety of TransLink infrastructure and all members of the general public utilizing TransLink facilities.
The scope of the project is to aid property developers and members of the TransLink AID team during throughout the lifetime of the construction project from preconstruction through to post construction.
Maven’s role during this project was to provide project management services to TransLink and the consulting companies working with TransLink. This involves providing assistance in permitting, planning, and scheduling of construction projects, as well as monitoring infrastructure to avoid damage or risk to the public.
